At Rit Dye, we want you to be completely satisfied with your creative results; if your order is damaged or incorrect, you may return unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that opened dye bottles or used powders cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the items in a sturdy box and clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return via a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
